The final session brings the programme full circle. We review everything, measure progress against the goals set in Step 2, and build the plan for the next phase. This is not an ending. It is a launching point.

The Nine Step Business Transformation Programme is available for twelve monthly payments of £583, representing a total investment of £7,000.
You set the pace. We recommend no more than four weeks between sessions. All nine sessions must be completed within 18 months of your start date.
