My name is Jason Barnes, and this is my story. At 17 I started my first business. By my thirties I had co-founded a logistics company from a single van to a multi million pound operation with 55 members of staff. What followed were businesses in e-commerce, fitness and personal training, life coaching, and eventually business coaching. Not in theory. In practice. With real money, real teams, and real consequences at every stage."

After years in logistics and business building I joined the Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce as a business advisor, supporting over 100 Midlands businesses through their funded advisory programme. Manufacturers, solicitors, marketing agencies, beauty salons, electronics businesses. Every sector. Every stage. The common thread was always the same, a business owner working harder than they should be, without the right support in their corner.

Outside of the business I am at my happiest spending time with my family and socialising with good people. I have always been passionate about fitness and keeping active, and I believe the discipline and consistency that builds a healthy body applies equally to building a healthy business. I also ride motorcycles, which probably says something about my approach to business. You pick your route, you commit to it, you stay alert to what is happening around you, and you enjoy the ride.
