Every major company has a board of directors. People who challenge the CEO, question the strategy, hold them accountable, and bring perspectives that the person running the business cannot see because they are too close to it.
Most business owners at your level have never had that. The Dragon Forge Advisory Board changes that.
Think of it as your own personal board of directors. A small group of experienced Midlands business owners who do not compete with each other, each bringing their own commercial speciality to the table where possible. Sales, finance, operations, marketing, technology. The kind of collective expertise that only businesses with a large board of directors on hand would normally have access to.
Every month the group meets, brings their real challenges to the table, and challenges each other to think bigger, decide better, and act with more confidence. Facilitated by Jason Barnes, who knows exactly how to get the most from the room.
How it Works
Members meet for a half day every month at a central Midlands venue. Each member brings a current challenge or opportunity to the table. The group challenges, questions, and supports. This is a safe space. What happens in the room stays in the room.
The Investment
£300 per seat per month.

Successful applicants will be contacted within five working days to arrange an introductory conversation. Submitting an application does not guarantee membership.
