An ongoing monthly advisory relationship with Jason Barnes. One dedicated session per month focused on the current priorities of your business. Access to Jason between sessions by telephone or email.

This is the closest thing a business owner at this level can get to an informal non-executive director without the complexity, the equity conversation, or the formal boardroom structure.

Minimum three months. Three months notice to end the engagement.
